I retired from a career in IT at the end of 2002,
and for the first time in decades found time to pursue my artistic and
creative endeavours more fully. I started painting again and, more recently,
took up woodturning in 2006 and woodcarving in 2007. I'm now fortunate
enough to be able to make these hobbies my full time interests, and to gift
